Pausing and reactivating Demand Plus
Updated over a week ago

When you pause Demand Plus, your rates will no longer be listed on the metasearch channels Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, and TripAdvisor, and you will stop receiving direct bookings through them — however, you can reactivate Demand Plus at any time, regardless of whether you pause it temporarily or indefinitely.

Pause Demand Plus

  1. Click My apps (at the top right) > Direct Booking.

  2. Click Setup > Integrations.

  3. In the Demand Plus tab, click Pause Demand Plus.

  4. Select how long you want your Demand Plus account to be paused for.

    • For a temporary pause, select ‘1 month’, ‘3 months’, ‘6 months’, or a ‘Custom date’. Your account will be automatically reactivated once this period has elapsed.

    • For an indefinite pause, select ‘Suspend indefinitely’. With this option, you will need to manually reactivate Demand Plus when you want to use it again.

  5. Provide the reason why you are pausing your account.

  6. Click Pause.

  7. Once complete, you will see the label ‘Suspended’ on the Demand Plus page.

💡 Pausing Demand Plus will not affect any existing reservations you have gained through Demand Plus; they will remain active and be included in future invoices.

Reactivate Demand Plus

After Demand Plus has been paused, you can reactivate it at any time to resume getting direct bookings through Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, and Tripadvisor.

  1. Click My apps (at the top right) > Direct Booking.

  2. Click Setup > Integrations.

  3. Click Reactivate Demand Plus. (This will only be visible if Demand Plus is paused or suspended.) Your Demand Plus service will then be reactivated.

💡 After reactivating Demand Plus, it may take several days for your rates to be listed on metasearch channels.
