How can I use Tripadvisor with Little Hotelier?
Little Hotelier’s Channel Manager allows you to connect to Tripadvisor in two different ways, either via Tripadvisor Plus or Tripadvisor Instant Booking.
Tripadvisor Plus is Tripadvisor's new travel subscription product, and will only be available to book for guests subscribed to Tripadvisor Plus. The rates that will be offered to them on Tripadvisor Plus will be lower than those offered to non-subscribed guests.
Tripadvisor Instant Booking is available to any guests, appearing besides all the other website options on Tripadvisor. From here, guests can choose where they wish to book. Hotels pay a commission fee on reservations received via Tripadvisor Instant Booking.

How can I set up Tripadvisor Plus / Instant Booking with Little Hotelier?
The process of connecting to Tripadvisor firstly involves connecting and mapping to the channel in your Channel Manager. Secondly, you will activate either Tripadvisor Plus or Tripadvisor Instant Booking to complete the connection.
Connect and map to the channel
From your Little Hotelier Front Desk, click My Apps in the upper right corner of your screen and switch to Channel Manager. This will take you to the Little Hotelier Channel Manager
Add Tripadvisor Plus / Instant Booking as a new channel connection
Complete the mapping
Enable the channel
Complete the activation with either Tripadvisor Plus or Tripadvisor Instant Booking by following the instructions in either section below
Option 1: Complete the activation with Tripadvisor Plus
After you have connected and mapped to the channel, you can now decide to activate Tripadvisor Plus.
You will need to contact your Tripadvisor Account Manager and provide them with the following information:
Confirm that you have sent back the Tripadvisor Plus agreement
Confirm that you break down the taxes and fees for the rate to stay price competitive
Confirm you open availability on your daily lowest available rates and limit closeout and blackout dates to maximise your booking opportunities
Tripadvisor will then finalise the activation and proceed to pre-live checks. The goal is to maximise your ability to convert your Tripadvisor Plus offers on the live-site by working with you to reduce the common issues related to:
Availability
Taxes and fees
Price competitiveness
Option 2: Complete the activation with Tripadvisor Instant Booking
After you have connected and mapped to the channel, you can alternatively decide to activate Tripadvisor Instant Booking.

You may need to wait up to 48 hours after you have mapped your room rates before you can do this.
If you are signing in to a current Tripadvisor account, please make sure that your address in the Channel Manager matches exactly with how your address is displayed on Tripadvisor. If the details do not match, Tripadvisor might not be able to match the property on their side to the property on the Channel Manager, delaying the self sign up process through Tripadvisor.
You will need to sign in to the TripadvisorTripAdvisor Self Sign-Up Wizard using either your existing Tripadvisor account or by creating a new account. Then complete the form, ensuring to select RDX / SiteMinder as your 'Connectivity Partner'.
Upon the successful completion of the Self-Signup Wizard your hotel will be live on the channel within 24hrs.
Is there a cost for using Tripadvisor with Little Hotelier?
No. Tripadvisor for Little Hotelier is free to hotels using the Little Hotelier All-In-One package.
