Do I need to contact you to create new users?
No. User management is enabled for one user when an account is created. This user can create new users and manage their level of access without any additional help from us.
Some of my staff are on holidays and won 't need access. Can I remove them without permanently deleting their user?
Yes, you can temporarily disable a user's access while preserving their login credentials when required. You can re-enable a user at any time.
Can I control what functions users can access in Little Hotelier?
Yes, you can restrict the functions available to users such as reports and inventory. These restrictions can be changed at any time.
I wanted to use one email address for everyone. Is that safe?
No, it isn't safe. Many leaks of sensitive data have occurred due to accounts being shared. This has occurred for hospitality groups, hotels, and all kinds of properties.
Little Hotelier uses two-factor authentication (2FA) which verifies a user's identity from a second device, such as their mobile phone. So each user will need their own login credentials in order to use 2FA.
