Reasons why you don't see all your apps in My Apps
Reasons why you don't see all your apps in My Apps
Updated over a week ago

My Apps in the top right of your Extranet makes it easier for you to manage your property by allowing you to switch between your subscribed applications without having to log into each one separately.

My Apps displays a list of the applications based on the user 's email address and the property they are currently on. If you switch to another property, you may see a different set of applications. This is because, along with having an account on the different applications, you must also be added as a user to a particular property.

To ensure that you can view all of your apps under My Apps , you can check under User Management that all available apps are linked to your user.

If the 'My apps' option is not displaying , then you will only be connected to the one application with the email address you are logged in with. If you feel that there should be multiple applications, first contact an admin user of your property who has User Management enabled to check this for you. Should the admin user confirm you should be a user on multiple applications, they can edit your user to have access to the other applications as well.

If no one in your property has User Management enabled, please contact Support.
