Keep your room and rates consistent across all your connected channels

Updated yesterday

Keep your rooms and rates consistent across all channels by sending a flush from Front Desk to Channel Manager.

How to flush inventory updates to your channels

How do I send a Flush?

To send inventory updates (send a 'flush'):

  1. In Little Hotelier Front Desk, go to Setup.

  2. Go to Property & Room Settings > Rooms & Rates

  3. Select the Room Type or Room Rate

  4. Scroll down and click on the Flush button

What is a Flush?

A flush pushes recent changes from your Front Desk to your direct booking engine and connected channels in Channel Manager. A flush refreshes updates:

  • Inventory updates: prices, restrictions, and availability

  • Features and photos: updates for channels with content sync

  • General: rooms and rates settings updates

When should I send a Flush?

Send a flush after:

  • Creating a new Room Type or Room Rate

  • Updating Room Type or Room Rate settings

  • Changes haven't synced quickly

When should I not try a Flush?

Hold off on flushing if:

  • Mapping errors: don't flush if Channel Manager is correct but rather there are issues with how your channels are displaying your information. Fix the mapping errors first.

  • Recent minor changes: wait 5 minutes for automatic sync before sending a flush.

  • Bulk updates: note that if you've made many changes at once, the automatic sync might take longer.

  • System errors: If you encounter technical problems, start a chat with our support team.
