Customise display settings in your booking engine

Tailor your booking engine to your property's brand and guest needs.

Important to know:

  • Go to Setup > Booking Engine Display Settings > General Display Settings

Make your booking engine stand out with these settings.

General Display Settings

  • Property Home Page: a link back to your main website

  • Booking engine URL: share this guest facing URL to promote direct bookings

  • Show availability: let guests see how many rooms are available for their date

  • Hide rack rates: keep the full rate of each room type hidden from your guests

  • Hide unavailable rooms: show bookable options only

  • Unavailable room word: choose Sold for unavailable or Enquire for guests to make a request to book the room

  • Enquiry Only: disables online bookings and encourages direct enquiries

  • Enquiry text: additional text that will be displayed above the enquiry form and enables the Enquire or Contact button

  • Accept enquiries: allows enquiries to be sent by email, max of 225 characters

  • Newsletter available: enable newsletter opt-in

  • Enable GDPR consent: enable data consent for EU guests

  • Collect referral information: collect referral source

  • Enable Hot Deals: mark specific room rates as Hot Deals

  • Include an optional custom field: ask guests for additional information

  • Optional custom field label: enter optional custom field (e.g., dietary preferences)


Booking Engine Colour Scheme

Customise your booking engine's look and feel.

  • Predefined themes: select a ready-made palette to match your brand

  • Custom theme: use hexadecimal codes (like FF00FF for magenta) to match your branding

    • Primary Colour: dominant colour, will be used to colour buttons, prices, and some titles

    • Secondary Colour: subdued colour, used for backgrounds

Customise colour scheme

  1. Go to Setup > Booking Engine Display Settings

  2. Select from a predefined colour combination or click Custom theme and enter your Primary and Secondary Colour codes

  3. Click Save


Booking Engine Branding

Entice guests with a visually appealing banner showcasing your property's charm that will be displayed at the top of your booking engine.

Add a Banner

Banner specs: JPG, GIF, or PNG, max 1030x230 pixels, 50-200KB.

  1. Go to Setup > Booking Engine Display Settings > Booking Engine Branding

  2. Click on the grey box with image specs

  3. Select an image from your computer and click Open

  4. Then click Upload to save your Banner

Delete a Banner

Deleting is permanent.

  1. Go to Setup > Booking Engine Display Settings > Booking Engine Branding

  2. Click on the Bin icon (top right of the Banner) to delete it


Group and Sort Room Rates

Make finding the perfect rate plan easy for guests by creating clear categories.

  • Go to Setup > Booking Engine Display Settings > Group and Sort Room Rates

  • Click Create Group and name your grouping (e.g., Wedding Packages, Corporate Specials)

  • Click Create and drag and drop Room Rates into the group. Unsorted ones stay under Ungrouped Room Rates.

  • Rearrange groups with the drag-handles


Group and Sort Extra Sale Items

Keep your extra offerings well-organised.

  • Go to Setup > Booking Engine Display Settings > Group and Sort Extra Sale Items

  • Click Create group and name your grouping (e.g., Breakfast Options)

  • Click Create and drag and drop the relevant extras into the group. Unsorted ones stay under Ungrouped Extras.

  • Rearrange groups with the drag-handles
