Showcase your property by creating a comprehensive and visually appealing booking engine that informs and persuades guests to choose your property.
Property details
Go to My apps > Direct Booking > Setup > Property > General
You can modify the following:
General: name, property home page, currency, time zone, and star rating
Address: property address, contact phone numbers, Google Map URL
Description: property description
Email Contacts: email contacts for booking confirmation, enquiries, and inventory alerts
Rate Settings: minimum room rate and use of decimals
Occupancy Settings: maximum child and infant ages
Default booking engine search criteria: search bar settings for length of stay and number of guestsClick Save after editing the details
Policies
You can update your Terms & Conditions, Location Instructions and Allowable Arrival Times.
To update policies:
Go to My apps > Direct Booking > Setup > Property > Policies
Enter your Terms, conditions and Privacy Policy and Location instructions
Select Allowable Arrival Times for your guests
Click Save
Note:
Terms & Conditions will be displayed on your guest-facing booking engine, as well as in the booking confirmation and cancellation emails
Location instructions will be displayed in the booking confirmation email
Features
Showcase your property's unique offerings on the booking engine.
To manage features:
Go to My apps > Direct Booking > Setup > Property > Features
Select General and Parking features
Click Save
Images
Banner
Make a great first impression with a banner image! It's the first thing guests see on your booking engine. Use images around 2560px width x 600px height for best results.
To add a banner:
Go to My Apps > Direct Booking > Setup > Property > Images
Click Choose File under Banner and select your image
Click Upload
Property Images
Add inviting photos of common areas like the pool, gym, hallways, and stunning views. Add up to 25 images using around 1500 px width x 2560 px height.
To add a property image:
Go to My Apps > Direct Booking > Setup > Property > Images
Click Choose File under Property Images and select your photos
Click Upload
Social Media
Encourage guest engagement by adding your social media icons to booking confirmation, modification and cancellation emails.
To manage social media links:
Go to My apps > Direct Booking > Setup > Social Media
Add your your social media links
Click Create
