Click My Apps in the top navigation.
Select your product
How do I access Direct Booking?
To access Direct Booking:
Click My Apps in the top navigation.
Select Direct Booking.
To switch back to Front Desk:
Click My Apps in the top navigation.
Select Front Desk.
My property has Direct Booking but I can't see it in My Apps list
If your property is subscribed to Direct Booking but you can't see it in My Apps, your user account may not have access enabled.
To get access:
Contact someone at your property with User Management permissions.
Ask them to grant your user account access to the product.
