What is the Sinfonia portal?
The new portal for the Campania region is a data management system used in Italy to report tourism statistics, particularly guest information. It is used by accommodation managers such as hotels and rental properties to record statistical data about guests. The system is designed to help authorities monitor tourism trends and ensure public safety.
Who needs to submit their data?
All accommodation managers in the Campania region—including hotels, guesthouses, apartments, and other lodging types—are required to submit guest statistics to the Observatory portal. This requirement is mandated by regional tourism regulations to ensure accurate monitoring of tourism trends and compliance with local laws.
Accommodation providers must regularly provide the following information:
Guest names and dates of birth
Arrival and departure dates
Nationality
Type of accommodation

How to fill out the Property ID field?
Your property ID is your CUSR (Codice Unico delle Strutture Ricettive).
The CUSR, which stands for Codice Unico delle Strutture Ricettive, is a unique 15-character alphanumeric code assigned to every accommodation facility (e.g., hotels, guest houses) and short-term tourist rental properties located in the Campania region of Italy.
For properties already registered in Sinfonia portal, the CUSR is visible within the master data section of your property's profile. Based on the documentation, this is in the section labeled "Anagrafica – Visualizza Anagrafica" (Master Data – View Master Data). If you cannot locate the code in your documents or on the portal, the most direct way to retrieve it is to contact the SUAP office (Sportello Unico Regionale Attività produttive) of your local municipality. They will be able to provide you with the CUSR associated with your property.
