Connect Lombardia - Turismo5
Follow the steps below:
Go to Guest Engagement > Check-in > Settings.
Click on the arrow next to Compliance check-in form.
Under your property name, click on the Statistics connection tab.
Enable the Statistics connection toggle and select Lombardia - Tourism 5 from the drop-down in the Region field.
Enter your Username, Password, Room quantity, Beds quantity and Codice struttura.
Click Validate then Save Changes.
Where to find your credentials
Username and Password
The username and password are the ones you use to access your Ross 1000 account.
What if I don’t have a password or forgot it?
If you usually access using your SPID, you might not have a password.
Depending on your region, you will find a “Forgot password” or “Password dimenticata?” button. Click on it and generate a new password.
Note: If you're unsure how to obtain the correct username and password, feel free to reach out to giesturismo@gies.sm for assistance. Be sure to mention that you need the credentials to automate data submission to their platform using a web service integration.
Codice Struttura
Go to Anagrafica > Gestione Strutture in the platform’s sidebar.
Find the Codice struttura field in the Generale tab.
Room quantity & Beds quantity
Go to Anagrafica > Gestione Strutture in the platform's sidebar.
Find the right unit and enter it. There, you will find the following fields:
Tot. Camere (Room quantity)
Tot. Letti (Beds quantity)
