What transactions are shown in the dashboard?
Only charges and refunds processed with Little Hotelier Payments are shown in the dashboard. Payments that were made using other methods are not recorded.

When can guests expect a refund to appear in their account?
Refund requests are made immediately. Depending on a guest's bank they can expect to receive their refund in 5-10 business days.

Some of my Online Travel Agents/channels send a virtual credit card instead. How does this affect me?
You'll only be able to process the exact amount in the booking with no surcharges or extra items. An Online Travel Agent may also restrict when a virtual card can be charged, such as the check-in day.
