A room type is a type of accommodation with unique occupancy, features, descriptions, extras, and photos.

➕ You can choose multiple accommodation types: beds, apartments, caravans, cottages, villas, sites, even houseboats! All are considered room types in the system, despite them not offering conventional rooms.

Rate plans are ways to sell a room type with different deals to attract guests through your direct booking engine and channels.
