Overview
If you are using Little Hotelier Pay, card details will automatically be validated and there will be an invalid card symbol on the Calendar if there’s a problem.
The symbol will be shown on the Calendar and Reservation details page.

You can also enable email alerts for invalid cards, go to Setup > Guest Payment Options > Credit Cards. Just check the box and click Save.
Reasons why a card might be invalid
Understand why cards might appear as invalid and what to do if this happens.
Wrong card entered: guests can make mistakes when booking through online booking channels or your website. Contact the booking channel and mark the card as invalid.
Expired card: update the guest's payment information
Virtual card: these may only be valid on specific dates, like check-in day. Wait until the activation date to process payment.
No CVC: we'll email you the CVC if the booking was made from the booking engine. Add it to the reservation details and try again.
